Mercyhealth seeks a Clinical Supply Chain Operations Manager to lead distribution across surgical and procedural sites. You will partner with clinical teams, manage staffing, and drive data-informed stocking strategies to support patient care.

Role emphasizes leadership, budget oversight, and regulatory compliance, with a focus on improving inventory and service levels across the Mercyhealth network.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Nursing or related field is required; Master's degree preferred.
• Three years of leadership experience required.
• Experience in surgical services or procedural area preferred.
• Experience in a hospital supply chain area preferred.
• Certification and Licensure Professional certification applicable with degree and experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Directs the supply chain operations activities for surgical and procedural areas across the Mercyhealth system.
• Collaborates with surgical and procedural departments to establish and maintain stock levels using data to inform service levels.
• Establishes and maintains staffing levels to meet expected demand.
• Participates in interviewing, hiring, and training of employees.
• Ensures effective processes for Receiving, Storage & Distribution of products.
• Manages information technology tools to optimize capabilities.
• Manages process for product expirations and recalls.
• Aligns with best practices to implement policies and procedures that optimize operations and ensure controls.
• Designs and implements improvements to inventory management and operations to ensure continuity of supplies.
• Provides project management support for projects as assigned.
• Ensures that Supply Chain equipment is in good working order.
• Assists Director with budget preparation and monitoring.
