Job summary

Mercyhealth is seeking a Clinical Supply Chain Operations Manager to lead and optimize supply chain activities across surgical and procedural locations. You will partner with clinical teams to ensure adequate resources, implement process improvements, and drive safety and performance across the system.

The role demands strategic leadership, data-driven decision making, and strong staff development. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits accompany a 40-hour work week and day-shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Nursing or related field is required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Three years of leadership experience required.
• Experience in surgical services or procedural area preferred.
• Experience in a hospital supply chain area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs the supply chain operations activities for surgical and procedural areas across the Mercyhealth system.
• Collaborates with surgical and procedural departments to establish stocking levels, using data to inform service levels.
• Establishes and maintains staffing levels to meet expected demand.
• Participates in interviewing, hiring, and training of employees.
• Ensures effective processes for Receiving, Storage & Distribution of products.
• Manages utilization of information technology tools to optimize capabilities.
• Ensures processes for managing product expirations and recalls.
• Designs and implements improvements to inventory management processes and optimizes operations programs.
