Job summary

Preferred Behavioral Health Group in Eatontown, NJ is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee the Substance Use continuum of care across three sites. You will supervise direct care staff, ensure policy-compliant training, and maintain high-quality consumer care using diverse intervention modalities.

The role requires an LCADC with a Master’s degree, strong crisis-management knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with medical staff.

Qualifications

• Education: LCADC with Masters degree.
• Experience supervising direct care staff preferred.
• Knowledge of crisis management and trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of direct care staff and daily program oversight of Substance Use continuum of care across Eatontown, Toms River, Barnegat offices.
• Ensures documentation of staff and consumer training is maintained as required by state standards.
• Provides supervision for consumer care and ensures appropriate treatment modalities.
• Coordinates psychiatric evaluations and medication monitoring with program psychiatrist and/or nurse practitioner.
• Notifies leadership of emergent clinical issues and staff performance trends.
