The position requires a graduate degree and CT licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/PSY), plus at least four years in behavioral health, including supervisory experience. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in a related field with CT licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/PSY)
• Minimum four years in behavioral health
• At least one year in supervisory/managerial role
• LADC not considered as of 10/1/21

Responsibilities

• Counseling clients and maintaining a select caseload; support treatment goals.
• Provide clinical supervision to staff and interns; coordinate caseload and meetings.
• Deliver ongoing trainings and competency development.
• Assess licensed/unlicensed staff and conduct performance evaluations; promote professional growth.
• Provide guidance for case conferences and treatment plans; oversee case management.
• Support CARF and HIPAA compliance; participate in quality improvement efforts.
• Handle HR/payroll information, new hire orientation, and staff evaluations.
• Complete clinical and statistical reports and maintain documentation.
