HealthCare Recruiters International is seeking a licensed Clinical Supervisor (LICSW or LMHC) to oversee one 22-bed residential recovery home serving adult males in Natick, MA. This full-time, onsite role includes leadership over two clinicians and two case managers, with a robust compensation package and a commitment to regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active LICSW or LMHC license in Massachusetts.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years experience in SUD / co-occurring disorders.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Ability to work onsite in Natick, MA.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of a 22-bed residential SUD home for adult males.
• Oversee 2 clinicians and 2 case managers.
• Manage admissions, programming and clinical oversight.
• Ensure regulatory and organizational compliance.
• Track census, staffing, and key metrics.
• Collaborate with Program Director and medical team.
• Participate in leadership and clinical meetings.
• On-call rotation one week per month.
