Job summary

Brightli is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical oversight for the Outpatient Recovery Services program in Saint Louis, MO. This full-time role leads clinical teams, ensures quality care, and guides staff development and program operations.

You will supervise clinicians, coordinate services, and participate in quality improvement initiatives, while maintaining regulatory and documentation standards in a dynamic behavioral health setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field with 3 years of professional experience and 1 year of supervisory experience in substance use disorder treatment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field with 4 years of professional experience and 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Qualified Addiction Professional credentials required per Missouri state regulations.
• Missouri-licensed counselor, psychologist, or physician with at least 1 year of professional and supervisory experience in substance use disorder treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily clinical oversight to clients/patients and team members; maintain weekly direct service hours including intakes, individual, family, and group therapy.
• Facilitate weekly clinical staffing, team meetings, and diagnostic disposition meetings; ensure timely communication of client issues to Leadership.
• Provide clinical supervision, direction, and performance evaluations to assigned team members; maintain supervision and training records.
• Develop program schedules to meet client needs while ensuring adequate staffing coverage; monitor service delivery hours and ensure they are clinically appropriate.
• Establish and maintain relationships with community agencies and referral sources; participate in Quality Management activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Respond to crisis calls outside program hours and oversee safety, environment, and related operations.
