Advocates is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead and develop clinicians within our adult services division in Massachusetts. You will provide supervision, consultation, and oversight while maintaining a limited direct caseload and participating in the Clinical Leadership Team.

We value person-centered, evidence-based care, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and ongoing professional growth. The role offers a sign-on bonus for external candidates and a salary range of $86,000–$91,000.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field with licensure in MA.
• Minimum of five years of training or formal supervision experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide competency-based clinical supervision, evaluation, and oversight to clinicians across DS/BI services.
• Ensure compliance with funder regulations and quality of clinical supports.
• Promote Positive Behavior Support and evidence-based interventions.
• Develop and monitor behavior support and psychotropic treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in funder-related meetings.

Formation

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work or related field
