Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, rehabilitative counseling or related field.
• LMHC or LICSW license preferred.
• Two years supervisory experience in a milieu setting preferred.
• Knowledge of addiction treatment and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and consultation to counselors and peer specialists; monitor milieu acuity and task assignment.
• Review clinical documentation for compliance with federal/state/program regulations and accreditation.
• Oversee Quality Assurance program and develop in-service staff training.
• Collaborate with CBHC leadership to review program design and implement improvements.
• Develop and monitor group curriculum using evidence-based techniques.
