Job summary

Georgia Hospice Care is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Supervisor to lead the coordination, supervision, and implementation of professional and supportive services for our hospice patients. The role oversees the care team, provides education on clinical practice and regulatory changes, and helps orient new staff.

As a key member of the care team, you will ensure high-quality, cost-effective care and support a caring workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
• Current state RN license.
• 2–3 years supervisory experience in a clinical care setting (home health or hospice preferred).
• Reliable transportation; ability to sit, stand, bend and lift 80–100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise, and implement professional and supportive hospice services.
• Oversee the care team and provide education on clinical practice and regulatory changes.
• Orient and onboard new staff to ensure quality patient care.

Qualifications

A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred). Current state license as a registered nurse
• Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory experience as a registered nurse in an appropriate clinical care setting, home health, or hospice environment (preferred). Evidence of clinical and supervisory knowledge and experience appropriate to the assigned supervision responsibilities
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
