Job summary

Georgia Hospice Care is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor to lead and coordinate hospice care operations. You will supervise the care team, ensure high-quality clinical practice, and provide education on regulations and reimbursement changes.

You’ll play a key role in orienting new employees and maintaining safe, cost-effective care delivery. The role focuses on leadership, staff development, and collaboration with leadership to continuously improve patient experiences and clinical outcomes

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
• Current state license as a registered nurse (RN).
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience as an RN in clinical care, home health, or hospice.
• Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift 80-100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise, and implement professional and supportive services for hospice patients.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred). Current state license as a registered nurse
• Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory experience as a registered nurse in an appropriate clinical care setting, home health, or hospice environment (preferred). Evidence of clinical and supervisory knowledge and experience appropriate to the assigned supervision responsibilities
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
