Agape Care Group is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor to lead the coordination and supervision of hospice care services. You will oversee the care team, provide education on clinical practice and regulatory changes, and orient new staff to maintain high-quality patient care.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, leadership, and ensuring cost-effective, compliant service delivery across our hospice programs, with opportunities for professional development and advancement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred) and current state RN license.
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience as a registered nurse in clinical care settings (home health or hospice preferred).
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift 80-100 lbs.

Qualifications

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred). Current state license as a registered nurse
• Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory experience as a registered nurse in an appropriate clinical care setting, home health, or hospice environment (preferred). Evidence of clinical and supervisory knowledge and experience appropriate to the assigned supervision responsibilities
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
