Georgia Hospice Care is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor to lead and coordinate hospice patient care across our care team in Georgia. You will supervise clinical staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and support cost-effective service delivery while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

In this role you’ll provide education on clinical practice, reimbursement changes, and orientation for new employees, acting as a key member of the care team to foster an environment of compassion,

Qualifications

• Current state RN license in Georgia.
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a clinical or hospice setting.
• BSN preferred for credentialing and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise professional and supportive hospice services.
• Oversee care team and ensure safe, cost-effective care delivery.
• Provide education on clinical practice, regulations, and reimbursement changes.
• Orient new employees to the team and processes.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred). Current state license as a registered nurse
• Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory experience as a registered nurse in an appropriate clinical care setting, home health, or hospice environment (preferred). Evidence of clinical and supervisory knowledge and experience appropriate to the assigned supervision responsibilities
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
