Lutheran Social Services of Illinois (LSSI) is hiring a Clinical Supervisor for our Residential Rehabilitation program in Illinois. This full-time role includes supervising counselors, coordinating clinical services, and ensuring compliance with SUPR and funding requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma, with a preference for a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a social service field, CADC eligibility within 18 months, and licensure such as LPC/LCPC or LSW/LCSW preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills with proficiency in office software.
• Experience supervising staff in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality outcomes is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to Residential Rehabilitation staff.
• Oversee clinical service delivery and curriculum scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with SUPR, Part 2060, and funding requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and review EHR entries for quality.
