Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a mental health field with clinical focus that allows licensure.
• Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in a behavioral healthcare setting; supervision experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of therapists, including interns.
• Conduct regular supervision sessions and document case plans.
• Support staff in treatment planning and client progress evaluation.
• Collaborate with Director of Clinical Services to develop and refine programs.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and state licensing boards.
• Oversee clinical assessments, crisis interventions, and treatment planning.
