Job summary

Bon Secours Carolina ENT - St. Francis Physician Services seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee daily clinical operations and coach staff in delivering patient-centered care.

You will collaborate with the Practice Manager and ensure safety, efficiency and excellent patient experience across both in-person and virtual visits. Requirements include an active LPN with med/IV privileges or an MA certification, BLS, and 1 year MA experience or externship, with a High School/GED and an accredited MA

Qualifications

• High School/GED required; post-secondary MA program preferred.
• Active LPN with med/IV privileges, or MA certification (CMA/RMA/CCMA/NCMA/NRCMA) required.
• BLS certification required; 1 year MA experience or externship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate daily clinical operations and staff.
• Coordinate supplies, vaccines, and medications; ensure regulatory disposal.
• Assist with virtual visits and in-person visits and support providers.
