Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant post-secondary program preferred (not required in all states).
• Active LPN license with IV/massage privileges or MA certification as listed.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative managerial oversight for day-to-day operations.
• Coach, develop and empower clinical staff.
• Coordinate clinical and administrative liaison between staff and providers.
• Assist with virtual visits and testing/documentation as needed.
• Ensure supplies, vaccines, and medications are available and compliant with regulations.
• Maintain patient safety and satisfaction culture.
