Job summary

Bon Secours is seeking a Clinical Supervisor, LPN for the Richmond OB/GYN practice. The role combines clinical supervision with administrative oversight to ensure efficient patient care and operations.

The ideal candidate has an LPN license with IV/médication privileges, or MA certification options, and at least 1 year of MA experience. BLS is required, with preferred/mandatory levels depending on location.

Qualifications

• Active LPN with medication and IV privilege (or MA certification options)
• BLS certification
• 1 year of recent Medical Assisting experience (preferred)
• Externship/clinical lab training (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative managerial oversight for day-to-day operations
• Model and develop patient-focused culture emphasizing safety and satisfaction
• Coach, develop, and empower clinical staff
• Coordinate clinical operations and ensure smooth workflows
• Assist patient and provider with virtual visits and tech setup
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
