Full-Time Clinical Supervisor: Nursing

Territory: Multiple Opportunities from San Francisco County to Redwood City

In this leadership role, reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will coordinate patient care with a team of RN Case Managers and LVNs. You will serve as the first point of escalation, support staff development through educational programs, and maintain client relationships by providing updates and insights to improve patient outcomes.

This role involves a hybrid of fieldwork and office work at the Burlingame Office:

• Office: Spend 2 days per week for administrative duties.
• Field: Spend about 3 days per week conducting supervisory visits and providing support to RN Case Managers.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing nurses providing home care in the field.
• Handling patient communications and follow-ups.
• Coordinating training and educational programs for nurses.
• Assessing staff learning needs and developing improvement plans.
• Serving as the primary contact for clinical escalations.
• Conducting bi-weekly case conferences to review patient progress and care plans.
• Reviewing clinical documentation and guiding clinicians to improve performance.
• Assisting clinicians in setting therapeutic goals and developing care plans.

Requirements for Success:

• At least two years of supervisory or management experience in healthcare within the past five years, preferably in home health.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Current CA RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid CA driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Salary: $143,000 - $163,000 annually, plus a quarterly bonus of $40,000. Compensation is commensurate with experience. We offer bonus incentives, comprehensive health benefits, and a 401k plan with up to 4% match.
