Multiple full-time Clinical Supervisor: Nursing positions are available, covering areas from Northern Santa Clara County to Hayward/Fremont, and from Southern Santa Clara County to Santa Cruz.
In this leadership role, reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will coordinate patient care with RN Case Managers and LVNs. You will serve as the first escalation point, support staff development through educational programs, and maintain client relationships by providing updates and insights to improve outcomes and reduce readmissions.
This role involves a hybrid of fieldwork and office work at our San Jose location: two days per week in the office for administrative duties, and three days in the field conducting supervisory visits and providing direct support.

This position offers a salary range of $143,000 to $163,000, plus a substantial quarterly bonus and benefits.
