Multiple Full-Time Clinical Supervisor: Nursing positions available
Coverage areas: Santa Clara County to Hayward/Fremont and Santa Clara County to Santa Cruz
Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will oversee a team of RN Case Managers and LVNs, ensuring coordinated and effective patient care. You will serve as the first escalation point, support staff development through educational programs, and maintain client relationships by providing updates and insights to improve patient outcomes and reduce readmissions.

Qualifications for success:
Compensation: $143,000 - $163,000 annually, plus a quarterly bonus of $40,000. Starting salary depends on experience. We also offer bonus incentives, comprehensive health benefits, and a 401k with up to 4% match.
