Assist in the development and maintenance of the MI Choice program standards and protocols.
Ensures compliance with rules and regulations established by MDCH which governs the provision of services.
Assist in the analysis of program and unit operations. Perform internal peer quality record reviews in coordination with Quality Assurance.
Provide clinical oversight to department staff.
Provide guidance to department staff in areas of regulations and standards as they pertain to service provision.
Adheres to quality assurance policies and plans.
Manage intake, including but not limited to conducting intake assessments.
Approve and monitor clinical staff time off.
Assist in hiring of program clinical personnel.
Provide supervision of department clinicians.
Monitors and or assigns clinical staff training based on MDCH requirements (orientation and ongoing).
