The role supports MI Choice program standards, offers a hybrid work model, and requires LLMSW or LMSW licensure; you will hire and supervise program clinicians, conduct trainings, and coordinate quality assurance activities for ongoing service excellence.

Qualifications

• Preferred MSW licensure with Michigan credentials.
• Licensure as LLMSW or LMSW is preferred for this supervisory clinical role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and maintenance of MI Choice program standards and protocols.
• Ensure compliance with MDCH rules and regulations governing service provision.
• Analyze program and unit operations; perform internal peer quality record reviews with Quality Assurance.
• Provide clinical oversight to department staff.
• Guide staff on regulations and standards related to service provision.
• Adhere to quality assurance policies and plans.
• Manage intake, including conducting intake assessments.
• Approve and monitor clinical staff time off.
• Assist in hiring program clinical personnel.
• Provide supervision of department clinicians.
• Monitor or assign clinical staff training based on MDCH requirements (orientation and ongoing).
