Grow Through Life Counseling, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee direct client care and supervise up to six associate clinicians at a designated office across California. The role includes reviewing notes, mentoring, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a valid license with the BBS as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California for at least 2 years.
• Invested interest in providing direct care.
• Desire to teach and train associate therapists.
• Complete documentation with 72 hours.
• Able to work prime time hours including evenings, weekends, holidays and/or extended hours as needed.

Aufgaben

• Provide assessments, treatment planning, and care for your own caseload across the lifespan.
• Provide triadic clinical supervision for up to 6 associates, depending on practice needs.
• Review and sign notes for supervisees.
• Provide feedback to the Regional Director for upcoming employee reviews.
• Ensure adherence to all established clinical protocols, procedures, and quality of care standards.
• Collaborates with other departments within the practice to maintain and provide great client care experience for client(s).
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive team culture across all program teams, consistently demonstrating professionalism and integrity.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the evolving needs of the region and the practice.
