Job summary

Grow Through Life Counseling is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead assessments, plan treatment, and oversee a caseload across the lifespan. You will provide triadic supervision for up to six associates and review notes for supervisees, ensuring adherence to established protocols and quality care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CA license as LMFT/LCSW/LPCC for at least 2 years.
• Desire to teach and train associate therapists.
• Direct care experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and EHRs.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessments, treatment planning, and care for your own caseload across the lifespan.
• Provide triadic clinical supervision for up to 6 associates, depending on practice needs.
• Review and sign notes for supervisees.
• Provide feedback to the Regional Director for upcoming employee reviews.
• Ensure adherence to all established clinical protocols, procedures, and quality standards.
• Collaborates with other departments to maintain great client care experience.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive team culture across all program teams.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support evolving needs of the region.
