Grow Through Life Counseling, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee direct client care and supervise up to six associate clinicians at a designated office in California. The role emphasizes building a strong, collaborative team and maintaining high standards of care.

Candidates must hold a California LMFT/LCSW/LPCC license with at least two years of experience. The position supports professional growth, supervision, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• Must hold a valid BBS license as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California.
• Experience providing direct clinical care and supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with excellent documentation skills.
