solvENT Management is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (LPN/RN) to oversee daily clinical operations in a busy ENT practice. You will lead Medical Assistants and staff, coordinate staffing, and partner with physicians to maintain high-quality patient care and efficient clinic flow.

The role emphasizes strong clinical skills, leadership, organization, and a commitment to exceptional patient experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN or RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical nursing experience in a physician practice, specialty clinic, ambulatory care setting, or similar healthcare environment.
• Prior supervisory, leadership, charge nurse, or team lead experience.
• Strong understanding of clinical operations and patient care workflows.
• Experience utilizing EMR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, leadership, and support to Medical Assistants.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage across clinic locations.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and training of Medical Assistants.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to clinical staff.
• Promote accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and high standards of patient care.
• Serve as a resource for clinical questions, workflow issues, and patient concerns.
