Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health seeks a LPN Clinical Supervisor for Ear, Nose, Throat, and Allergy Care. This role provides clinical and administrative oversight, coaching and development of staff, and acts as a liaison to ensure smooth operations. Strong emphasis on patient safety and satisfaction.

The role requires an LPN license with IV privileges, BLS certification, and experience in clinical settings. The supervisor will support day-to-day clinic management and patient care coordination.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license with IV privileges.
• BLS certification required.
• 1 year of recent Medical Assisting experience preferred.
• Externship/clinical lab training completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative managerial oversight for day-to-day operations.
• Assist with virtual visits and patient testing procedures.
• Ensure supplies, vaccinations and medications are stocked and disposed of per regulations.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the provider.
• Coordinate recruitment, hiring and training to meet personnel needs.
