Job summary

Encompass Medical Group in Lee's Summit, MO is seeking a Supervisor of Clinical Services (LPN/RN) to support the Office Manager with administrative duties and staff coordination in our Lee's Summit clinic.

The role requires an RN or LPN license, with prior medical office or clinical supervisory experience preferred. The position is full-time and on-site, with responsibilities spanning payroll support, staff training, patient assistance, and emergency response within the Kansas City metro clinics.

Qualifications

• RN/LPN license required.
• Experience in medical administration preferred.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains confidentiality of all medical and administrative information.
• Assists Office Manager with collecting and compiling information for monthly reports.
• Attends meetings as needed.
• Assists with payroll information in the absence of the Office Manager.
• Investigates patient complaints in the absence of the Office Manager and reports to the Office Manager.
• Manages medical equipment supply ordering and maintenance.
• Acts as a resource for clinic staff.
• Provides information and assistance to patients.
• Disseminates information per the Office Manager.
• Conducts in-services and remedial training.
• Responds to clinic emergencies and assists with transport.
• Provides feedback on staff performance.
