The Good Shepherd Community Clinic, Inc. is seeking an LPN Operations nurse to help run daily clinic operations and ensure coordinated, quality care across the care team.

This role emphasizes leadership and hands-on supervision to keep patient care reliable and efficient. You will supervise Medical Assistants, collaborate with the RN Care Manager, and drive smooth patient visits, follow-ups, and handoffs, aligning staffing and workflows for optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma LPN license is required.
• Experience in a clinical or ambulatory care setting is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to supervise, coach, and support clinical support staff.
• Commitment to team-based care and shared ownership of outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day clinic operations run smoothly to deliver coordinated care.
• Keep the care team aligned for visits, follow-ups, and handoffs.
• Support the RN Care Manager and care providers.
• Supervise Medical Assistants and clinical support staff.
• Manage clinic flow, staffing, rooming, supply, and tasks.
