Avenues Recovery Center is hiring a full-time Clinical Supervisor for our Detox and Residential facility in Fort Wayne, IN. The role involves supporting the Clinical Director, managing daily clinical operations, and overseeing client engagement and documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree, licensure in Indiana (LCAC/LCSW/LMFT/LMHC), and 3+ years of relevant experience. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in related field.
• 3 years experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients preferred.
• Current licensure necessary to practice in Indiana - LCAC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC.
• Efficient and driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills.
• Positive, warm, and dignified character which models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant duties.
• Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the Avenues clinical program.
