Washburn House in Worcester, MA, is seeking a Full-Time Independently Licensed Clinical Supervisor (LMHC or LICSW). Schedule: Monday–Friday 8am–4pm with starting salary of $90k.

The Clinical Supervisor will oversee clinical operations, program development and supervise staff within the residential treatment program. Qualifications

• LICSW or LMHC licensure required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Master's or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology or a counseling-related field required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operation, program development and direct supervision of staff.
• Collaborates with Executive Director/Regional VP and Program Coordinator to educate staff, clients and family members.
• Monitors clinical records and programming to meet standards.
• Develops and maintains program curriculum using evidence-based treatment with approval from leadership.
• Provides specialty services to clients to enhance treatment.
• Provides direct supervision to clinical staff and direct reports.
• Trains and assists in professional development of staff.
• Contributes to marketing and community relations as needed.
