Job summary

Victory Programs in Boston, MA is seeking a Contract Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) – Clinical Supervisor (1099, Hybrid) to provide hourly supervision to MSW and LCSW staff pursuing LICSW licensure.

You will lead weekly 1-hour individual supervision, with occasional group sessions, reviewing cases, DSM criteria, treatment planning, and ethical practice to ensure MA Board compliance and harm-reduction approaches.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LICSW license in Massachusetts.
• Authorization to supervise and sign licensure hours for LCSW/MSW staff.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical supervision; 3 years in SUD/mental health/residential settings.
• Strong alignment with harm reduction frameworks.
• Familiarity with BSAS residential regulations and MassHealth documentation standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly 1-hour individual supervision sessions.
• Facilitate group supervision sessions (monthly or bi-monthly).
• Guide supervisees on DSM criteria, treatment planning, progress notes, and Motivational Interviewing.
• Review complex cases, crisis procedures, boundaries, and safety planning.
• Address SUD treatment options and co-occurring disorders; support burnout prevention.
• Maintain supervision logs and massboard-compliant documentation.
