Mindfully Behavioral Health seeks a compassionate Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor – Supervisor (LPCC-S) to join our clinical team in a hybrid Anderson, Ohio office. You will provide supervision to LPCs and interns while maintaining a small caseload of at least five clients per week, with flexibility for virtual and in-person services.

The ideal candidate is passionate about mentoring clinicians, supporting professional growth, and ensuring high-quality, ethical client care.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPCC-S in Ohio.
• Comfortable supervising LPCs and/or Interns under your license.
• Part-time 1099 position.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to LPCs and counseling interns.
• Maintain a small caseload of at least 5 clients per week.
• Hybrid role based out of Anderson, OH with in-person and virtual services.
