Guillaume Marriage and Family Counseling of California, P.C. is seeking a licensed clinician to join as Clinical Supervisor in a hybrid Sacramento setting.

The role emphasizes leadership development, mentorship, and ongoing professional growth for supervised clinicians. Responsibilities include direct client services, supervision, training, and administrative duties, with a clear path from part-time to full-time within 6–9 months.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field with active California license (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC).
• Experience serving diverse populations in clinical settings.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills.
• Willingness to complete supervisory training and meet BBS requirements.
• Ability to work in person and reside within 30–45 minutes of Sacramento.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based individual and family psychotherapy.
• Maintain a direct clinical caseload while supervising others.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship per training and BBS requirements.
• Support clinicians with decision-making, documentation, and ethics.
• Encourage critical thinking and creative problem-solving.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with leadership and admin teams to maintain quality services.
• Participate in training, meetings, and quality improvement activities.
