Georgia HOPE is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead the delivery of behavioral health services and guide clinical staff to ensure compliant, outcomes-driven care in our Georgia region.

As a Clinical Supervisor at Georgia HOPE, you’ll lead the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services while guiding, developing, and supporting clinical staff to ensure effective, compliant, and outcomes-driven care.

What to Expect
This is a leadership role that blends clinical supervision, administrative oversight, and direct service as needed. You’ll play a key role in shaping team performance, ensuring compliance, and driving program outcomes within your region. If licensed, you’ll also carry responsibility for clinical oversight tied to your credentials, including supervision and billing alignment. In programs such as Family Centered Treatment (FCT) or Fostering Solutions (FS), you’ll be responsible for maintaining model fidelity, overseeing training and certification processes, and supporting staff in meeting service delivery expectations.
Success in this role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, organizational skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic, community-based environment.
We welcome candidates who bring a genuine commitment to children and families and meet the following qualifications:
Master’s degree in human services discipline, including, but not limited to: Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy.
At least two years’ experience working with children (experience can include internships, volunteer work, etc.).
