Compensation: This role is paid on an hourly basis: $50 per clinical hour; $70 per supervisory hour; $18 per administrative hour
Monarch Behavioral Health is currently recruiting for a full-time Clinical Supervisor to join our leadership team. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supervising the clinical work of up to six (6) assigned provisionally licensed and licensed staff while maintaining their own client caseload of 18 sessions per week. The Clinical Supervisor provides weekly on-site clinical supervision and consultation as needed while promoting a positive and supportive workplace.
The ideal candidate is licensed in the state of Texas as an LPC-S, LMFT-S, LCSW-S, or Licensed Psychologist and has at least 3 years of experience providing direct care, preferably in a private practice environment. They must also be well-organized and detailed in their approach to their work. This is an entry-level leadership position, working in collaboration with the Clinical Director and team of Clinical Supervisors.

Monday – Friday, up to 35 hours per week with sufficient flexibility to meet client and practice needs. This role will supervise up to 6 clinicians, including weekly supervision and group case consultation and will see an average of 18 clients per week.
This role is performed mainly in the San Antonio office with opportunity to work remotely up to 1 day per week.
