Job summary

Lifepoint Health’s Bell Physician Services is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead front office teams, coordinate staffing and ensure efficient clinic operations across our sites. This exempt, full-time role supports patient experience and staff development.

Based in the Bell Clinic network, you will supervise daily workflow, provide orientation and coaching, and participate in performance evaluations and disciplinary actions while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a clinic setting.
• Experience directing front office staffing and operations.
• Experience with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.

Responsibilities

• Determines, coordinates, and supervises daily staffing assignments and workflow for front office staff, ensuring appropriate coverage and efficient clinic operations.
• Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, mentoring, and ongoing support to assigned staff. Performs or assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Assesses and ensures the quality of services delivered while promoting exceptional customer service and an efficient patient experience.
