Avenues Recovery Center in Baton Rouge is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead daily operations of the clinical program and support the Clinical Director in delivering treatment with excellence.

The role emphasizes managing client engagement, ensuring compliant documentation, and providing Utilization Review support while maintaining a warm, recovery-oriented environment for clients and staff alike.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients.
• Current licensure to practice in Louisiana (LCSW, LPC, etc.).
• Efficient and driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills.
• Positive, warm, and dignified character modeling recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist Clinical Director in all relevant duties.
• Manage the daily execution of the clinical program.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm recovery environment.
• Facilitate group sessions occasionally and maintain a small client caseload.
• Provide compliance oversight for impeccable client documentation.
• Provide Utilization Review support to drive treatment authorization and retention.
