Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center seeks an experienced clinician to support the Clinical Director and help manage the day-to-day operations of our clinical program. You will oversee client engagement, morale, and documentation to ensure compliance in a recovery-focused environment.

Holds licensure to practice in Louisiana (LCSW, LPC, etc.) and brings at least 3 years of experience with chemical dependency or dual diagnosis.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients.
• Current licensure to practice in the state (LCSW, LPC, etc.).
• Efficient and driven with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication abilities.
• Positive, warm, and dignified character modeling recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Support the Clinical Director in all relevant duties.
• Manage daily execution of the clinical program.
• Oversee client engagement and morale to maintain a supportive recovery environment.
• Facilitate group sessions occasionally and manage a small client caseload.
• Provide consistent compliance oversight for client documentation.
• Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention across treatment.
