Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling or related field is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Valid licensure (LPC, LCSW, PLPC, etc.) to practice in Louisiana is required.

Responsibilities

• Create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for clients.
• Conduct individual, group, family and couple therapy sessions.
• Oversee clinical needs, services, and aftercare for caseloads.
• Respond effectively to crises, with de-escalation when needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client progress and risks.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director and treatment team for coordinated care.
