Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center is a nationwide network of drug and alcohol rehab centers with eighteen locations across seven states. Our Baton Rouge location offers detox, residential, PHP, IOP and outpatient services and a warm, individualized recovery environment.

We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead daily operations, support the Clinical Director, ensure compliant documentation, and maintain strong client engagement as part of our committed team.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients.
• Current licensure to practice in Louisiana (LCSW, LPC, etc.).
• Efficient and driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist Clinical Director in relevant duties.
• Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the clinical program.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and encouraging recovery environment.
• Facilitate groups occasionally and maintain a small client caseload.
• Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentation.
• Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment.

What We're Looking For

• 3 years' experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients
• Current licensure necessary to practice in this state for this role (LCSW, LPC, etc.)
• Efficient and driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills
