Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Fort Collins, CO seeks a Clinical Supervisor for our inpatient Detox and Residential program. You will support the Clinical Director, oversee daily operations of the clinical program, and help maintain a warm recovery environment for clients.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's degree, Colorado licensure (LAC, LCSW, or LPC), 3 years’ experience with chemical dependency or dual diagnosis, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in related field preferred.
• 3 years experience with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients preferred.
• Current licensure to practice in Colorado (LAC, LCSW, LPC).
• Efficient, organized, with strong time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills.
• Positive, warm, and dignified character modeling recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant duties
• Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the Avenues clinical program
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and encouraging recovery environment
• Facilitate group occasionally and maintain small client caseload
• Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentation
• Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment

What You'll Do
