Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for our inpatient Detox and Residential treatment facility in Aurora, CO. The role supports the Clinical Director and manages daily clinical operations to ensure a warm, recovery‑oriented environment.

Required are a Master’s degree, Colorado licensure (LCSW), and supervisory experience; 3 years with chemical dependency or dual diagnosis is preferred. This is a full‑time on‑site position with comprehensive benefits and a strong commitment

• 3 years experience with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients preferred.
• Current licensure to practice in Colorado (LCSW) required.
• Supervisory or managerial experience is required.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained recovery is required.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant duties.
• Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the Avenues clinical program.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and encouraging recovery environment.
• Facilitate group occasionally and maintain small client caseload.
• Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentation.
• Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment.

What You'll Do

• Support and assist Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant duties

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree or higher in related field preferred
• 3 years experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients preferred
• Current licensure necessary to practice in this state for this role (LCSW in Colorado)
• Supervisory or managerial experience is required
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained recovery is required.
