Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Clinical Director for our Detox and Residential facility. Lead clinical staff, ensure program adherence, and maintain high-quality patient care in a supportive, recovery-focused environment.

We require a Master's degree, Colorado licensure, and several years of supervisory experience in a hospital or residential setting, with preference for chemical dependency/dual diagnosis experience. Competitive benefits and strong PTO offered.

• Master's degree in related field required or preferred.
• 5 years' supervisory experience in hospital/residential setting desired; 3 years' experience with chemical dependency/dual diagnosis clients preferred.
• Current licensure to practice as Clinical Director in Colorado (LPC, LAC, LCSW, LMFT) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to the facility to ensure smooth daily function.
• Ensure full execution of the Avenues clinical program roadmap.
• Cultivate and maintain a skilled, effective clinical treatment team with oversight and professional development.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, fostering a warm, recovery-oriented atmosphere.
• Ensure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary.

What You'll Do

• Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to facility to ensure smooth daily function
• Ensure full execution of the Avenues clinical program roadmap

• Oversee client engagement and morale, interacting with every client and fostering a warm, encouraging, recovery - oriented atmosphere
• Ensure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree (or higher) in related field preferred
• 5 years' supervisory experience in hospital/residential setting preferred; 3 years' experience in chemical dependency/dual diagnosed clients preferred
• Current licensure necessary to practice as Clinical Director in Colorado-LPC, LAC, LCSW, LMFT
