Avenues Recovery Center in Fort Collins, CO is hiring a Clinical Director for our Detox and Residential facility. You will provide daily clinical leadership and supervise the team, ensuring program roadmap execution and a positive, recovery-focused client environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (or higher) in related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in hospital/residential settings preferred.
• Current Colorado licensure to practice as Clinical Director (LPC, LAC, LCSW, LMFT).

Responsibilities

• Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to the facility.
• Ensure full execution of the clinical program roadmap.
• Cultivate and maintain a skilled clinical treatment team with oversight and development.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, fostering a warm recovery atmosphere.
• Ensure impeccable client documentation and collaborate with Utilization Review as needed.

Now Hiring a Clinical Director for our Detox and Residential treatment facility, in Ft. Collins, CO.

What You'll Do

• Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to facility to ensure smooth daily function
• Ensure full execution of the Avenues clinical program roadmap
• Cultivate and maintain a skilled, effective clinical treatment team, providing consistent oversight, support, and professional development
• Oversee client engagement and morale, interacting with every client and fostering a warm, encouraging, recovery - oriented atmosphere
• Ensure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree (or higher) in related field preferred
• 5 years' supervisory experience in hospital/residential setting preferred; 3 years' experience in chemical dependency/dual diagnosed clients preferred
• Current licensure necessary to practice as Clinical Director in Colorado-LPC, LAC, LCSW, LMFT
