Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Baton Rouge is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to support the Clinical Director and oversee the daily operation of the addiction treatment program. This role requires clinical licensure and a strong commitment to quality care.

You will supervise client engagement, ensure compliant documentation, and provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention across treatment tracks. A warm, recovery‑focused leadership style is essential.

Qualifications

• Three years' experience with chemical dependency or dual diagnosis.
• Current licensure to practice in Louisiana (LCSW, LPC, etc.).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Avenues Recovery is seeking to hire a Clinical Supervisor at our Baton Rouge location!

What You'll Do

• Support and assist Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant duties
• Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the Avenues clinical program
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and encouraging recovery environment
• Facilitate group occasionally and maintain small client caseloadProvide consistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentation
• Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment

What We're Looking For

• 3 years' experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients
• Current licensure necessary to practice in this state for this role (LCSW, LPC, etc.)
• Efficient and driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills
