Job summary

My Serenity Mental Wellness is seeking a Licensed Clinical Supervisor (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) to lead supervision and professional development while maintaining a clinical caseload. This role emphasizes quality assurance, team leadership, and collaboration in a supportive environment where we value meaningful work and growth.

The position offers hybrid scheduling with 1–2 days per week in the office, and opportunities for training in evidence-based approaches and trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license.
• Must meet California BBS qualifications to supervise associate therapists or be eligible to complete required supervisor training before beginning supervision.
• Previous clinical supervision or team leadership experience preferred.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback, establish professional boundaries, and maintain accountability.
• Comfortable balancing clinical care, supervision, administrative responsibilities, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision in accordance with CA BBS requirement.
• Maintain an assigned clinical caseload while balancing supervision and administrative responsibilities.
• Provide clinical consultation, case conceptualization, treatment guidance, and professional mentorship.
• Review and approve supervisees' progress notes, assessments, treatment plans, and other clinical documentation as applicable.
• Monitor documentation quality, timeliness, treatment planning, and compliance with clinical and organizational standards.
• Monitor therapist caseload development, productivity, scheduling expectations, and administrative accountability.
• Conduct regular check-ins, provide constructive feedback, and address performance concerns proactively.
• Assist with onboarding, and professional development of new and existing therapists.
• Collaborate with administrative staff and leadership to support referrals, scheduling, client retention, and continuity of care.
• Facilitate clinical trainings and presentations.
• Maintain accurate supervision records and documentation in accordance with applicable requirements.
• Communicate concerns, barriers, and recommendations to the Clinical Director in a timely and professional manner.

Part-Time Role

Estimated Annual Compensation: $60k-$75k

Schedule: up to 29 hours weekly
