Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience with co-occurring disorders treatment, individual and group therapy, or substance abuse treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to psychotherapists, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices and agency policies.
• Review and approve clinical documentation, assessments, and treatment plans.
• Maintain a reduced caseload, providing therapy and support services to clients.
• Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate professional development.
• Lead staff meetings and training sessions.
• Develop and implement new clinical programs.
• Oversee crisis intervention services and provide direct support during high-risk cases.
• Manage staff schedules and case assignments to ensure effective workflow.
• Monitor client outcomes, staff productivity, and quality of care.
• Address client complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding new clinical staff.

We are seeking a Psychotherapist Supervisor to join our team! In this role, you will oversee and guide a team of psychotherapists while managing a smaller caseload of patients. Required Skills

• Advanced knowledge of clinical/counseling principles, supervision techniques, and mental health program management
• Experience providing clinical supervision and mentorship to therapists or clinical staff
• Expertise in various therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, MI, Client-Centered, etc.)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and culturally competent practices
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and telehealth platformsKnowledge of legal and ethical issues related to mental health practice, patient confidentiality, and compliance requirements
• Availability for two evening shifts and one weekend shift per week
