My Serenity Mental Wellness in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is seeking a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or Social Worker to diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, and guide clients through crises.

You will provide therapy to individuals, couples, families, and children, create treatment plans, and use evidence-based methods. Flexible, hybrid work options available; compensation includes benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or similar field.
• Licensed as an MFT or Social Worker, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Perform intake assessments.
• Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children.
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client.
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan.
• Perform regular wellness checks.
• Adhere to facility and licensing standards.
• Minimum caseload of 28 Weekly Sessions; cap at 32.
• Saturday Preferred 6Hr shift.
