Job summary

FlexStaff is seeking an LCSW or BCBA to lead our team of Behavioral Analysts and Intervention Specialists across Manhattan. This Clinical Supervisor role emphasizes PBS/ABA-driven, person-centered care for residents, with a focus on staff development and compliance.

You will guide policy implementation, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality services while collaborating with QA and training to maintain standards.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed LCSW or BCBA with a Master’s degree in Psychology or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Experience in leadership, supervision, or program management.
• Flexible and willing to work nontraditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and overnights.
• Committed to compliance, ethical standards, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional care.
• Develop, revise, and implement policies and procedures aligned with best practices.
• Conduct regular team meetings, evaluations, and training sessions to foster growth.
• Serve as a liaison between clinical and behavioral teams to ensure communication.
• Oversee documentation such as Service Plans, Functional Assessments, and Behavior Plans.
• Conduct site visits to residences, review records, and support staff in assessments.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure staff certifications and ongoing education.
